Download a Holiday Request If you wish to take a holiday and receive any holiday pay owed to you, you must complete and send us a holiday request. Please follow the guidance on the holiday request pro-forma and once completed please return this request by: If you are requesting paid holiday for the following week, then this must be received in our offices by 5pm on the preceding Monday.
