A lovely school in Wiltshire are looking to appoint an outstanding general science teacher to join their very impressive department. The position is full time, to start in April 2010 on a permanent contract.
Suitable candidates will hold the necessary teaching qualifications and have experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 and preferably Biology and Chemistry at Key Stage 3 and 4. The majority of teaching will be Physics and only a minimal amount of Biology and Chemistry.
The school is a highly successful, very popular, selective, voluntary aided boys' grammar school, with students joining in Year 7 coming from over 45 different schools covering a wide area. In the school's latest Ofsted inspection the following was reported “there are many impressive features that combine to make this an outstanding school. Standards are exceptionally high and the curriculum is outstanding”. |
