A secondary school in Hertfordshire are looking for an outstanding maths teacher to join their rapidly expanding department. The position is due to start as soon as a suitable candidate is appointed, on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be able to teach high quality maths to GCSE and be interested in developing experience of teaching to A Level. You will also be able to demonstrate a positive contribution to the work of the school, ability to work as a team member and being able to work with initiative. High levels of commitment, an interest in broadening experience and a positive and adaptable approach are essential requisites for this post.
The school is now a six form entry co-educational, comprehensive, voluntary aided school with a current student roll of 700 that is due to grow to 1100 over the next five years. The school has a genuine and very strong focus on inclusion and has a growing reputation for its work in this area. |
