We are in the process of helping one of our client secondary schools in Poole appoint a physical education teacher on a temporary basis. This is to cover a maternity leave from April to the end of the academic year with the possibility of it being extended to Xmas 2010.
Ideal candidates will have the necessary teaching qualifications and experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4 and BTEC. An interest in dance would be an advantage. An incentive allowance may be available to a suitable candidate.
The school operates within a selective system where about 16% of students go to grammar schools. Students enter from several middle schools at the age of twelve. The school's first specialist college area is technology and it has recently been awarded a second in vocational learning. |
