We are currently seeking an art and design teacher for a lovely secondary school in North West London. The position is permanent and will start in September 2010.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified, demonstrate a passion for the subject and be experienced teaching to KS3 and KS4. Applicants should be well organised with high expectations of achievement and behaviour, enjoy working as part of a team, have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and pupils and have excellent organisational and time management skills.
The school is a slightly smaller than average mixed voluntary aided Church of England comprehensive with 751 students on-roll aged 11-18. The strong Christian ethos of the school underpins students' good spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. Staff morale is high and this contributes to the cheerful atmosphere in the school. The care, guidance and support for all students is a strength of the school. |
