A permanent position has become available at a long standing 6th form college in Surrey for a physics teacher, to join the College's highly successful faculty of Mathematics and Science immediately.
The successful applicant will be required to work primarily in physics, but with the ability to make a contribution to other science curriculum areas if appropriate.
The faculty offers Physics, Chemistry and Biology to Advanced Level, BTEC Applied Science and GCSE Science. A Science Foundation course (1 year) runs in collaboration with Royal Holloway College, University of London.
The college caters for full-time 16 to 18 year old students. It caters also for adults, most of whom study on a part-time basis. The college offers courses in 12 sector subject areas. Students reside in and around Egham in Surrey as well as Slough, Windsor and West London. |
