Step Teachers are looking to employ 2 experienced SEN Teaching assistants to join a large support team in one of our partner SEN Alternative Provision units. These posts are set to start in January and will be contracted for full-time hours, for the right candidate, these posts will be made permanent.

This is a great opportunity for teaching assistants who are looking to break into alternative education but can also suit individuals who bring more experience to the role.
