Job description

Our East Anglia team has been asked by our partnership college in Lowestoft to find a Computer Science Teacher to work 4 days a week, on a temporary basis ASAP, that is highly likely to go on for longer. 

The role will include teaching: Computing Science and Maths on occasions. 

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS.
  • Be a confident practitioner who is confident in planning and delivering the curriculum in their specialism from KS3 and KS4, using assessment for learning to inform this and ensure steady progression for all students.
  • Display behaviour management strategies that are effective,  ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all.
  • You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven ability to understand and utilise current theory and practice in relation to learning and development.

Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references, including from your most recent employer, and eligibility to work in the UK.
