Job description

Step Teachers has been asked to recruit a Drama teacher for a lovely secondary school in North London. In the first instance the role of Drama Teacher will be a temporary post commencing in April. However, the school made it clear that exceptional performance is likely to be rewarded with a permanent post as Drama teacher. 

The role of Drama teacher must maintain the following key features;

  • You should have a creative and thoughtful approach to curriculum planning, demonstrating the ability to incorporate national trends and data sets into your approach.
  • At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel.
  • You should have a teaching qualification and a Drama based degree.
  • It is vital that you can demonstrate experience of planning and teaching Drama.
