​Step Teachers are looking to recruit a Drama Teacher to work with our secondary school in North London. This will be starting in September 2022 and is available on a full-time basis.

This school is an “Outstanding” Ofsted-rated school that has been praised for the outstanding leadership and high aspiration that the SLT have. The school’s behaviour and safety within the school with the students having a deep, trusting working relationship with the staff. The quality of teaching in this school has been praised with the high effectiveness of the teacher and is defined as a “key pillar” of teaching.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to students across KS3-KS5

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Assist struggling students with the understanding and delivery of classwork.

Requirements

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience

• Relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
