A diverse primary school is looking for an Early Years TA to start in April. The position of Early Years TA will be of a flexible nature and lends well to those who are creative and have an ability to adapt effectively. The role of Early Year TA is in North London.
As an Early Years TA you must comply with the following;
- To enthuse, lead, develop and enhance the teaching practices of others across the phase, through mentoring, coaching, evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting.
- To comply with, support and promote all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to child protection, equal opportunities, racial equality, health, safety and security, confidentiality, behaviour and data protection.
- You should have a creative and thoughtful approach to curriculum planning, demonstrating the ability to incorporate national trends and data sets into your approach.
- You should have a range of robust effective behaviour management strategies that can be employed in the classroom as an Early Years TA.
