Job description

We are working with a wonderful and high achieving school based in Barnet who are looking for an English Teacher for a temporary to permanent role starting in September. The English teacher role is full-time and the school are happy to consider NQTs.

The English Teacher:

  • You will be fully qualified with an English related degree and QTS
  • Ideally you will be experienced teaching to key stage 5
  •  To enthuse, lead, develop and enhance the teaching practices of others across the phase, through mentoring, coaching, evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting
  • You should have a creative and thoughtful approach to curriculum planning, demonstrating the ability to incorporate national trends and data sets into your approach
