Step Teachers have been enlisted to find a Graduate Science TA to begin at a nice Barnet school from April. The Graduate Science TA selected must comply with the school's clear ethos and aims and display experience working in similarly high achieving atmosphere.

• You will be expected to have a Science degree from a well established university at a 2:1 or above.
• You will practise patience and passion for your subject in order to inspire pupils to learn with conviction.
• You will have proven ability to support teachers and SMT in relation to demonstrating a learning environment that is lucrative.
• You will present yourself with care and nurturing to reflect the school's safe and creative ethos.
