​Step Teachers are looking for new graduates who want to gain experience working with young adults and students. The schools we support are across North London in areas such as Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Tower Hamlets, Croydon and surrounding areas.

Step Teachers have long-standing working relationships with academies and schools who require cover supervisors for flexibly supply cover.We are looking to add to our team of supply cover supervisors for when schools reopen after the summer holidays.

Role:

• Cover lessons in the absence of the timetabled teacher

• Ensure the class are on target with the pre-set work

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements

• Degree level or higher
