Job description

Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for a High-Level Teaching Assistant based in Enfield school upholding ‘Good’ status. This is a long-term, full-time supply position commencing after February half term 2019.

The School has asked for a proficient HLTA that has the following attributes:

  • Ideally a HLTA Certificate (High-Level Teaching Assistant) or Level 5 with experience of working in a mainstream primary school across all levels.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage learning development projects.
  • The successful candidate must have experience and be able flexible to cover all year groups
  • Your schemes of work will be creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation, and commitment to the pupil’s progression.
