We are happy to be assisting one of our schools in North London, where the levels of achievement are consistent, to appoint a HTLA for KS2. The position of HTLA is a position for a hardworking and flexible individual and is offered until March.

A HTLA must possess the following attributes;

• The successful HTLA will hold positive values and attitudes and adopt high standards of behaviour in their professional role.
• You will need confidence and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and philosophy as a HTLA.
• Highly effective communication skills with both children and adults, including parents/carers is seen as a key area of focus for a HTLA.
• You should have an ability to identify, focus on and work towards achieving key objectives.
