Job description

We are urgently seeking to recruit a HTLA for a contract position in one of our exclusive partner schools in the North London area. The role of a HTLA is set to commence in March and will be a temporary contract position in the first instance. The school is exceedingly diverse and allows for a plethora of creative experiences to inspire all pupils and staff. As a HTLA you will work closely with staff and pupils to ensure tolerance, trust and diversity.

  • As a HTLA you will need confidence and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and philosophy.
  • To contribute to and actively support the overall ethos/work/aims of the School.
  • HTLA's must comply with, support and promote all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to child protection, equal opportunities, racial equality, health, safety and security, confidentiality, behaviour and data protection.
  • You should have a creative and thoughtful approach to curriculum planning, demonstrating the ability to incorporate national trends and data sets into your approach.
  • As a HTLA you will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.
