Step Teachers have been contacted by a Head Teacher at a Primary School in Hemel Hempstead to see if we can provide them with a Year 2 Class Teacher for the remainder of this academic year. The school has promoted one of their existing teachers into a non-teaching role. So they now find themselves in the need of a KS1 teacher who would commit to covering one of their Year 2 classes for the rest of this academic year.  

The current class teacher is still in place but they would like to release them from this as soon as possible. There may well be the opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside the current class teacher for a handover so that there is a smooth transition.

The Head and the rest of the team at this school are friendly, supportive and approachable so this is an ideal post for an NQT as well as for more experienced teachers.

To be eligible for this position you must have QTS and be prepared to go through a registration process with Step Teachers.
