Job description

Step Teachers have been asked by one of our Hertfordshire Schools to source a resilient and experienced Learning Support Assistant. This is a full time opportunity and will commence as soon as a suitable applicant is found. The school are looking for a candidate to work 1-2-1 with a child with Special Educational Needs.

The successful candidate should display the following attributes:

  • Experience of working with SEN in a mainstream school
  • Strong behavioural management skills
  • Patience and understanding
  • Able to commit to the duration of the role
