An opportunity as a LSA (1 to 1) in KS2 has arisen in a great school in Islington. The role of a LSA will be available from April and will be set in a school that values aspiration and creativity. The position of LSA will be on a temporary basis initially with the potential to become a permanent role.

The successful LSA should have the following attributes; 

• You should have a range of robust effective behaviour management strategies that can be employed.
• Your previous experience as an LSA will enable you apply independent learning strategies.
• You will have experience working as an LSA (1 to 1) and be able to adapt the curriculum effectively.
• You will ensure pupils are striving to reach their potential in a creatively inspired way.
