Job description

A role as a LSA (1 to 1) to KS2 is now available and a delightful school in Barking. Initially, the placement of a LSA will be temporary but has the potential to develop into a more permanent role. This truly is a wonderful opportunity to develop as a LSA in a school that is exceedingly hardworking and a pleasant place to work.

Potential LSA's to KS2 must be able to demonstrate the following;

  • A clear knowledge of KS2 and how to adapt the curriculum in a 1 to 1 setting.
  • You must have a patient practise in regards to your approach and display a true sense of honesty and integrity.
  • You shall work hard to maintain the school's ethos of empowerment and care.
  • There should be an ability to work efficiently and flexibly whilst considering the needs of the pupil.
