The role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil
• Supporting a child currently in social care
• Building a positive and consistent relationship to encourage engagement, confidence, and progress
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Be calm, resilient, and able to establish clear boundaries
• Demonstrate a patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils and staff
• Be committed to supporting children to achieve their full potential
