Have you gained experience of developing an understanding of the requirements needed to help a challenging young boy in a 121 setting 

I am currently recruiting for a role in Croydon where a young male pupil with challenging behaviour and emotional attachment issues requires your help. The school is looking for a strong role model who can cope with boundaries being tested and challenged and who can enforce positive behaviour models on a daily basis. You will be provided with outcomes that will need to be effectively reached across the Key Stage he is going through
