Maths Teacher – Secondary School, long-term temporary and ongoing, part-time starting September 2026

Duties as Maths Teacher:

 

  • Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons
  • Inspiring students to develop confidence and enjoyment in Mathematics
  • Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress
  • Supporting students of all abilities to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and department

Ideal Maths Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
  • Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
  • Passion for raising attainment and student achievement
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
