We are working on behalf of a primary school based in Hemel Hempstead they have asked us to find for them a Specialist Nursery Teacher who has good early years teaching knowledge and exprience. The position is for to cover a maternity from January 2021 and will be for at least the rest of Academic year.

As an Early Years teacher you must adhere to the following;

• Personalised Learning and specifically Assessment for Learning (AfL) as part of the Early Years teaching and learning tool kit should be central to your teaching practice.
• You should have a range of robust effective behaviour management strategies that can be employed in the classroom.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of learning styles and how to incorporate visual and auditory learning opportunities into lesson planning/delivery would be a considerable asset in this role.
• Establish good relationships, encourage good working practices and support and lead teachers in the phase group.

Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
