Job description
An academy in Bury St Edmunds has asked our local office to help them source a part-time cover supervisor for the remainder of the 20/21 academic year.
The position will be on a 0.6 supply basis, Monday - Wednesday.
As a cover supervisor you will;
- Cover lessons in the absence of the timetabled teacher
- Ensure the class are on target with the pre-set work
- Manage behaviour in accordance with the schools' behaviour policy
- Deliver feedback to teachers/pastoral staff where necessary
Our ideal candidate will either be an existing cover supervisor within a school or a recent graduate looking to get into teaching with experience of working with young people in some form.
