Job description
Step Teachers are working with 2 small primary schools in West Norfolk who are seeking an HLTA to work across sites, 2 days per week. The role of an HLTA is a varied one where no day is the same, you will play an integral and important part of a young person's education.
As an HLTA you must uphold the following;
- You should be committed and flexible, and hold a minimum of an HLTA qualification.
- You will have worked as an HLTA in a school setting and be capable of adapting to different children's needs.
- You will have a good nature around children and be able to inspire learners of all abilities.
