Pre-School Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity, full-time starting September 2026

Duties as Pre-school Practitioner:

 

  • Supporting children aged 2–5 through play-based learning
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
  • Monitoring and recording children's development and progress
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
  • Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements for Pre-school Practitioner:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or pre-school setting
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
