Pre-School Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity, full-time starting September 2026

Duties as Pre-school Practitioner:

Supporting children aged 2–5 through play-based learning
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Monitoring and recording children's development and progress
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements for Pre-school Practitioner:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within a nursery or pre-school setting
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
