We are looking for a qualified Religious Education teacher for a contract position which has become available in one of our favourite South London schools. This is a temporary contract position through Step Teachers and applications are welcome from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as well as those with more experience. The position of Religious Education teacher is due to commence in March. 

• The successful Religious Education teacher should have demonstrable experience and an excellent working knowledge of Assessment for Learning.
• Ideally the selected Religious Education teacher will have an undergraduate Religious Education degree from a United Kingdom university at 2:1 or above.
• As a Religious Education teacher you must use relevant assessment information to set targets for improvement across the phase.
• To enthuse, lead, develop and enhance the teaching practices of others across the phase, through mentoring, coaching, evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting.
