Secondary Supply Teacher – Flexible supply opportunities, ongoing

Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Follow school policies, routines, and behaviour expectations
Support pupils’ learning and engagement during lessons
Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
Provide feedback to departments or cover managers where required
Uphold safeguarding and welfare responsibilities at all times

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Confidence managing behaviour and engaging pupils
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
