We are seeking to recruit experienced SEN TA’s to help us support an alternate provision provider in King's Lynn. We are looking to add to our team of supply TA's for when education settings re-open for all children. The role of an SEN TA is a varied one where no one day is the same, you will play an integral and important part in a vulnerable young person's education.
As an SEN TA you must uphold the following;
- You should be committed and flexible, able to work directly with the SENCO and with LSAs as required.
- You will have worked as an SEN TA in an SEN setting and be capable of adaptability when regarding the curriculum.
- You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.
