​Are you a Teaching Assistant based near Norwich who is looking to make a positive impact on a young person's life? Are you a graduate looking for a way into the classroom, with a long-term goal to become a teacher? Do you have experience working with students with SEN? 

We are working with our partnership school looking for teaching assistants to join their teams in Norwich. You will support learners to build up their confidence and self-belief. As well as be part of their learning journey.

Role:

• Support setting up the classroom in preparation for the lesson and tidying away resources afterwards

• Support pupils learning in groups or 1:1, reporting back to the class teacher with their progress

• Complete tasks delegated by the classroom teacher

• Comply with the school's policies and safeguarding regulations

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is prefered

• At least 3 months of recent experience working in a school setting

• Excellent speaking and listening skills

• A positive approach to learning
