Job description

An exhilarating opportunity as a SEN teaching assistant with ASD Specialism is now available at one of our favourite schools in South London. The position of SEN TA with ASD will be of a temporary nature to begin with and has the potential to develop into a more permanent position. As a SEN TA with ASD you will be expected to uphold the following;

  • The appointed SEN should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work.
  • You should have experience working as an SNA and preferably in ASD.
  • As a SEN you should be able to work efficiently and adapt your capabilities efficiently.
  • You should be committed and flexible, able to work directly with the SENCO and with LSAs as required.
  • You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.
