SEND Teacher

The role:

Teaching a class of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs
Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with support staff, families, and other professionals
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes

The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching pupils with SEND, or a strong interest in specialist education
Be patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive teaching practices
Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills
Be passionate about helping every pupil achieve their full potential
