An opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an enthusiastic Social Sciences teacher for a full-time permanent position at a single-sex school in London (SW20). This position of a Science Teacher will commence in January 2020.

The school has asked for an exceptional Social Sciences teacher who has the following attributes:

• You should hold QTS/PGCE and a Science degree 
• Proven ability to plan and deliver a lesson effectively
• There will be a strong focus on Sociology and Psychology so you should be able to demonstrate experience of planning and teaching these subjects
• You should have an ability to identify, focus on and work towards achieving key objectives

Results from last year's GCSE results have been the best the school has achieved with 74% of students gaining a Grade 4 or higher in English and Maths and they will be looking for their new Social Science Teacher to continue this upward trend. All teachers at the school have outstanding knowledge and set high expectations for their pupils. Pupils have excellent attitudes to learning and are justifiably proud of their school.
