Year 1 Class Teacher

Moore Teachers is working with a friendly and supportive primary school that is part of a successful multi-academy trust. The school is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their best and develop a love of learning.

The role:

Full teaching responsibility for a Year 1 class
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
Working closely with support staff, colleagues, and parents

The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Be a strong and confident classroom practitioner
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
Be capable of supporting a class with a higher level of need
Be resilient, proactive, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for all pupils
