An exceptional opportunity as a Year 1 TA has become evident in a wonderful school in Enfield. The opportunity as a Year 1 TA is offered through Step Teachers and will commence in September. The selected Year 1 TA will adhere to the following;

• Have extensive experience working in an inclusive capacity in an educationally supportive role.
• You will have superb references and display a definite ability to cohesively work within a dynamic team.
• You will practise the school's vibrant ethos in all you do as a Year 1 TA.
• You must ensure that the classroom approach is fair and in respect of a diverse audience to ensure that each member of the class is valued and respected.
