A great opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a talented Year 2 TA for a temporary position at one of our client schools in Wood Green. This position of a Year 2 TA is offered through Step Teachers and will commence immediately.

The selected Year 2 TA will need to adhere to the following;

• The successful Year 2 TA will hold positive values and attitudes and adopt high standards of behaviour in their professional role.
• You will need confidence and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and philosophy.
• You should have a demonstrable record of commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Evidence of interest and knowledge in aspects of pedagogy, and specifically in the area of Teaching and Learning styles will be required.
