A really friendly and welcoming school in Wood Green has asked us to find a Year 5 TA for a temporary position commencing in April. The position of a Year 5 TA would be suitable to those with more experience.
As a Year 5 TA you must comply with the following;
- To contribute to and actively support the overall ethos/work/aims of the School.
- To comply with, support and promote all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to child protection, equal opportunities, racial equality, health, safety and security, confidentiality, behaviour and data protection.
- You should have a creative and thoughtful approach to curriculum planning, demonstrating the ability to incorporate national trends and data sets into your approach.
- At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel.

The cohort are from a range of backgrounds and have a diverse level of ability on entry, with the vast majority achieving expected progression or above.
