An Academy in Lowestoft is working with Step Teacher to find a successful Year 5 Teacher to work in their school with key core values of aspiration; kindness; creativity and courage. This role will start in June until the middle of July. You will be open to more opportunities with Step Teachers
As a successful agency operating and placing supply teachers and support staff into schools since 2000 we have established long-standing relationships with secondary, primary schools, academies, and MAT’s across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridge.
Teaching varies significantly, depending on whether the role is undertaken in primary, secondary or special schools.
Duties will include:
Plan engaging lessons lined with the curriculum and strong subject knowledge.
Develop learning strategies that will meet the needs of all learners, including clear learning objectives.
Set high expectations and maintain good behaviour management.
Designate support staff effectively
Work with the pastoral team, SLT and outside agencies.
You will have:
QTS
You will have a passion for working with students and helping them achieve.
Teaching experience in a mainstream setting is essential
Candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, full reference checks including your most recent employer, and confirmation of their eligibility to work in the U.K
