We’re always trying to improve the way we work. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that we’re scrapping timesheets! Yes, submitting your weekly timesheet via the portal will be a thing of the past.
What does this mean for you?
Well, you’ll still need to let us know how many days or hours you've worked each week but only if they’re different to the information you initially received on your Assignment Confirmation.
If you agreed to do a day’s work at a school but at the end of the day you were asked to stay on for a further day, you’ll need to give us a call and let us know of the changes.
If you were booked for 2 day’s work but after the first day, the school informed you that the teacher had returned from sickness and they no longer needed you the next day; again you’ll need to give us a call to update our records.
Yes, it really is that simple plus it’s what you already do now anyway!
What happens if I forget to tell you of any changes?
Where we’ve not been able to properly authenticate the days/hours you’ve worked, we will, in a timely fashion, investigate to find out what’s happened. This may delay any payment due to you as we cannot pay you for days you’ve not worked.
