Weโre always trying to improve the way we work. Thatโs why weโre delighted to announce that weโre scrapping timesheets! Yes, submitting your weekly timesheet via the portal will be a thing of the past.
What does this mean for you?
Well, youโll still need to let us know how many days or hours you've worked each week but only if theyโre different to the information you initially received on your Assignment Confirmation.
Examples
If you agreed to do a dayโs work at a school but at the end of the day you were asked to stay on for a further day, youโll need to give us a call and let us know of the changes.
OR
If you were booked for 2 dayโs work but after the first day, the school informed you that the teacher had returned from sickness and they no longer needed you the next day; again youโll need to give us a call to update our records.
Yes, it really is that simple plus itโs what you already do now anyway!
What happens if I forget to tell you of any changes?
Where weโve not been able to properly authenticate the days/hours youโve worked, we will, in a timely fashion, investigate to find out whatโs happened. This may delay any payment due to you as we cannot pay you for days youโve not worked.
