Timesheet Changes


Thatโ€™s right โ€“ weโ€™re scrapping timesheets!

Weโ€™re always trying to improve the way we work.  Thatโ€™s why weโ€™re delighted to announce that weโ€™re scrapping timesheets!  Yes, submitting your weekly timesheet via the portal will be a thing of the past.

What does this mean for you?

Well, youโ€™ll still need to let us know how many days or hours you've worked each week but only if theyโ€™re different to the information you initially received on your Assignment Confirmation.

Examples

If you agreed to do a dayโ€™s work at a school but at the end of the day you were asked to stay on for a further day, youโ€™ll need to give us a call and let us know of the changes.
OR
If you were booked for 2 dayโ€™s work but after the first day, the school informed you that the teacher had returned from sickness and they no longer needed you the next day; again youโ€™ll need to give us a call to update our records.
Yes, it really is that simple plus itโ€™s what you already do now anyway!

What happens if I forget to tell you of any changes?

Where weโ€™ve not been able to properly authenticate the days/hours youโ€™ve worked, we will, in a timely fashion, investigate to find out whatโ€™s happened.  This may delay any payment due to you as we cannot pay you for days youโ€™ve not worked.
