Once a vacancy becomes available, schools quite often approach our teachers engaged in long-term supply to offer the post on a permanent basis. In this circumstance, you’ll be given a contract to be employed directly by the school and, where applicable, it also enables you to complete your Induction Year and obtain Full QTS.
