Step Teachers has partnered with a Church of England primary school in Barnet to find an enthusiastic Year 2 class teacher for a full-time position starting in June 2024. This role is available on an ongoing basis for the right Year 2 Class Teacher. 

As a Year 2 Class Teacher your position: 

• Strong KS1 curricular knowledge
• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 
• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 
• Ability to assess and report on your students when required 
• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 
• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

To be considered for the Year 2 Class Teacher role you will: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of 
• Have recent mainstream school-based experience  
• Have good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
• Experience working in a Jewish School is desirable
