​An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our favourite partner academies in Norwich. This large academy is seeking a qualified SENDCO to work with them from September 2022 for a minimum of a term. Whilst not essential the experience of being an Assistant head would be an advantage.

The School have asked for the right candidate to have:

• SENDCO qualification will be essential

• Experience as an Assistant Head would be ideal but not essential

• To contribute to and actively support the overall ethos/work/aims of the School

• Establish good relationships, encourage good working practices and support and lead teachers in the phase group

The last Ofsted in 2018 rated the academy as requires in improvement but noted high staff morale with effective leadership providing a supportive environment.
