The selected Drama TA will contribute to the ethos of the school as well as ensuring they possess the following;

• You must have experience in a creative setting, preferably in an atmosphere that involves performing arts in some capacity.
• You should display an extremely patient demeanour and be prepared to adapt curriculum to suit the individual needs of the pupils.
• As a Drama TA you must enthuse creativity in your approach to learning development.
• A good level of understanding of VAK (visual, auditory and kinaesthetic) learning styles would be useful.
