Step Teachers have been requested to source an experienced Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Primary School within Redbridge. The role is a long term contract, commencing January 2020, which could progress to permanent opportunity within the school for the successful candidate.

To be eligible for this role you will have;

• Trained on the EYFS framework
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience supporting classes within mainstream education
• Capable of working with groups of children
• The ability to manage various tasks required by the class teacher
