As a Teaching Assistant you will adhere to the following;

• The Head Teacher has asked us to ensure that candidates show the ability to establish high standards of conduct.
• Candidates should establish high expectations of emotional and learning behavior in all pupils.
• An ability to organise and manage a classroom effectively, including assigned support staff, will be central to your role.
• It is very important that you have a comprehensive understanding of good practice in Assessment for Learning.
