We are currently working on behalf of a partner school in Thetford who are seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to take up a 2 term full time contract role commencing December 2019. This opportunity is offered through Step Teachers, the successful applicant will be an HLTA with experience working across all key stages in a primary school setting.
Our ideal candidate will have the below attributes;
• As a qualified primary HLTA you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with proven ability to understand and utilise current theory and practice in relation to learning and development
• You should have a qualification suitable for primary education
• An ability to organise, be adaptable and work under own initiative
• Establish good relationships with work colleagues, children and parents
