Step Teachers are working on behalf of a school in Ilford to recruit a KS1 TA. The position as a KS1 TA commences in April, being temporary in nature to begin. The school have said that for the right TA there is opportunity to progress within this aspirational school to a permanent position.

A KS1 TA should adhere to the following;

• Avid experience of working within KS1 is preferable but experience within KS2 will also be accepted.
• You should present yourself with a calm and patience attitude to all you, proving experience in behaviour management.
• You must establish good relationships with the staff that encourage excellent communication and efficient time management.
• You should practise a high level of expectation in regards to pupil behaviour and attainment.
