A nurturing school in Camden is looking for LSA (1 to1) for KS2. The position of LSA will commence in April and is suited to an individual with experience in behaviour management. The LSA role will be available on a temporary basis initially.

As a LSA you must possess the following attributes; 

• To promote the positive ethos and culture of the School to other staff, governors, parents, children and members of the wider community.
• To contribute to and actively support the overall ethos/work/aims of the School.
• To comply with, support and promote all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to child protection, equal opportunities, racial equality, health, safety and security, confidentiality, behaviour and data protection.
• A comprehensive working knowledge of learning styles and how to incorporate Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic (VAK) learning opportunities into lesson planning/delivery would be a considerable asset in this role.
